Losing inches question...

I was wondering if losing 8-9 inches all together in a month is good? I went from 304 lbs to 289 lbs. I just was wondering if I need to change something when working out or if that is good progress? I feel like I should have lost more.
thanks!
thanks!

In my opinion that's great progress! It's obvious that the more you weigh the faster you COULD lose initially. I'm not sure what other people will have to say but 8-9 inches in a month and the number on the scale dropping is an awesome indicator that you're doing something right! Keep it up!! (And let me add that I would love to have those results lol)0

That's great! I haven't lost a single inch - so 8-9 is fabulous in my opinion.0
