Need some reward ideas

Hey Everyone, I need some suggestions. I'm all the sudden very close to my next mini-goal, and I want to reward myself but can't think of anything (non-food).

What do you do to pat yourself on the back?

    New shoes, new purse, massage, new haircut/color, facial...

    My rewards are listed below, but I always find it so hard not to reward myself with a bowl of Cold Stone ice cream!! :blushing:

    Anything that makes me feel good; massage, nice meal out without counting the calories, new cloths (even though I need them), facial, something I have been saving for, a mini trip out of town.

    For the big milestones, I got a new mp3 player and a heart rate monitor.
  • New hair colour/style, or just a renewal of the colour or cut you usually have.

    New purse, or shoes. Maybe a nice pair of running shoes if yours are getting a little old. Don't bother buying clothes or anything like that, because you plan on losing more weight :)

    A manicure/pedicure or a massage/facial.

    New measuring cups, blender, food scale. Choose bright colours!

    Treat yourself to frozen yogurt! Much healthier than ice-cream.

    A new healthy recipe book. Anything by Tosca Reno is perfect! Her Eat-Clean Diet books are motivational and have great healthy recipes.

    Or .. Lastly, subscribe to a fitness magazine, such as Shape, or Oxygen Magazine. They offer great work out tips, food recipes and other really interesting things.

    Do you have any special events coming up? I have my graduation gala, so one of my "rewards" will be buying a new dress for it. Some other suggestions are haircut/colour, mini shopping spree (do this closer to your overall goal, the reward will be sweeter), spa day, do something in your house like re-doing a room, painting, re-decorating, buying something you've been wanting for a long time, plan a trip out of town...basically just do something that makes you feel really good about yourself. You deserve it!
