What are you trying to achieve? Wraps just help eliminate water weight temporarily. I dont think its worth the money.0

It's a wrap.
It won't do anything but maybe remove some water weight from your midsection. The results will be very, very temporary.0 -

none of that stuff works.
the suits/trimmers etc just make you sweat a lot, and dehydrate. as soon as you drink water and rehydrate yourself, the weight is back. they offer ZERO benefit to your weight loss.0 -

This confuses me... is its a belly wrap for food wrap? If its a belly wrap how does it help you boost your calories? If you want to eat more, exercise will allow this.0 -
junk...like those things with the batteries that give you an electric shock to your ab muscles! hahahahah0

no its a belt that wraps on your belly that makes you sweat and apparently lose weight but i heard that it heats up the belly so that it helps you burn more calories fasterits not really a wrap its a belly trimmer to help me boost my calories or something

Waste of money, as everybody else already said. Doesn't boost your calorie burn, doesn't help burn fat. The only thing that will be lighter is your wallet.0

this
heating your body up isn't going to burn enough calories to make an impact0 -
I got one of the waist belts for Christmas from a friend who is very thin and works out like a maniac. She said that she uses it and I can't argue that she looks great. I generally work out anywhere from 7 - 10 hours a week already and used it for the last week. My weight did go down about 2 pounds this week, but that has happened before. I have sweat a great deal (I sweat a lot without using this thing, too) and the inside of the belt is soaked after a workout. I haven't taken any measurements to see if it has made a difference. If it is just water weight loss (which I am sure it is), I don't understand how it could be a long sustained loss. Maybe one good loss and that's it. I don't know how long I will continue to use it. I did see it on the Wal Mart web site for $5 so I'm glad she didn't waste a lot of money on it. I've been doing fine for the past 10 months losing on my own...I hate the idea of using something to cheat anyway. I want to feel like I have earned each and every pound lost!0

Its all marketing... it just dehydrates you.. you can lose water weight.. not fat. A calorie deficit makes you lose fat.0
