huge nsv for me!

Little background on me I'm 32 5'4" and my highest weight was about 240ish (probably more but my scales were strangely getting broken) . I am asthmatic and also have hypothyroid disease and could barely walk a mile without thinking that someone out there has a personal vendetta against me. Well today I managed to jog 40 minutes without stopping at a total of 2.6 miles! Now I know that my jog was barely faster than some people's walk. But I am DAMN proud of myself! As of today I weigh 179 pounds and have 35 more to reach my own personal goal! 2013 is going to be my year because I'm going at it with a vengeance! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF YOU !

That's great! Ask around - most people can't jog for 40 minutes, no matter what size they are!

  • Oh my days! You could almost be my weight loss twin! lol I started on here at 220 - was higher before though, and I'm 31, 5'4" and corrently weigh 165 ish - I'm aiming to get 1/2 stone off at a time, and I dont run either! I did a sponsored run at the end of November and ran 5k - which is about 3miles I think - and that took me 40 mins! lol

Anyway, good luck with the rest of your weight loss journey! :-) 2013 is MY year too! keep going, you're doing fantastically well!! x
