Thank you all so much for the all the wonderful comments!!!!:flowerforyou: Can't remember who asked but it has taken me 8 months to lose the 72 lbs but every little step was well worth it!!! And I think someone else asked what I did to lose it? Changed my lifestyle. I did nothing before but eat sit and eat. I started off by just walking because it was pretty much all I could do. I then later started to working out to Tae Bo. Doing only about 20 minutes at the beginning and pushing myself to do more each and every time until I was able to do the entire workout. I think the thing that helped me most was keeping my calories down to the right level about 1200-1400 and SUGAR!!! It was my biggest problem and it was in everything!!! Keeping it between 20-30 everyday.. meaning no sodas!!!! Coke Zero is okay but even these I have very few and far between. Drink water and lots of it.0
