I'm 5'4", 34 and i've been on MFP for 130 days. This is my first real attempt at weight loss.
Start Weight- 194 (snug size 16, XL)
Current Weight - 164 (loose 14, M/L)
I put 2 pounds back on since Christmas, but I'm hoping to get to -35 pounds by mid January for my 35th birthday.
I'm not sure what my ultimate goal is. 120-140 is a good range, but I think I'd like to be in single digit pants. I can live with a size 8. Judging by my family tree, I'm not meant to be a size 2.0 -
I'm 5'5 1/2. I started July 1, 2012 and lost 30lbs by October. I started off at 162 lbs and now weigh 125 as of this morning. It has taken me a while to lose the last 7lbs, but I lost the 30lbs fairly fast and easily.
I didn't exercise. Just changed my food choices & practiced portion control.

I'm the QUEEN OF 300 CALORIE MEALS!
Good luck in your journey! It's so worth it!0 -
I'm 5'5 and 40 years old. I started here about 2 years ago at 160 pounds, but since it was December, I didn't have any real before photos in a bathing suit. I got to my goal weight in 6 months, then lost a little more, then gained a little back while strength training.
I follow IIFYM (if it fits your macros) which means I'll eat pretty much what I want, as long as I reach my nutrition goals. I still have pizza, pasta, bagels, bread, baked potatoes, rice, etc. I'm currently eating about 2300 calories a day to maintain.
For exercise, I run 3x a week (about 10-15 miles a week) and lift weight s 3x a week (Stronglifts 5x5).
You look so freakin awesome! I just took some restart before pictures (midway) and I pretty much look like your before photo, would love to be fit at 135. Thank you so much for the inspiration!0 -

Excellent work so far!! I know what you mean... I could never be a size 2 either!0 -

Don't sell yourself short. I am not a small build, no one ever looks at me and calls me tiny, I'm broad shoulder, solid bone, good "German" build.
I lost weight, to what I thought was a goal weight, then did p90x, then insanity. I'm now a runner. I didn't set out to lose more weight, but I did, but what I really lost were inches and sizes. Never say never.0 -
I’m 5’4”.
SW: 156 and size 10 (I had a lot of belly fat though!)
CW: 122 and size 4 (some 2’s though and one of my 4’s is starting to get baggy!)
GW: 115 or 18% BF, whatever comes first
I eat 1500 calories a day and I do pilates, dance, and HIIT. I just joined a gym though so I am going to start some lifting!
Oops, to answer your question, it has taken me 8 months to get to this point. I'm hoping to reach my goal before spring break!0 -
I'm 5'3.5 lol. Start weight was 221 and I'm currently at 170. I have been as low as 162 but put a few pounds back. This weight loss took probably 10 months or so. My ultimate goal is 145 and I will then reassess. Feel free to add me if you'd like some additional support
Great job so far :flowerforyou:

Thank you ladies! You are so accountable for your actions and now it is time for me too. I am currently 5'6' and 143. I have been having problems with degenerative disc issues lately but that is no excuse. My goal is to lose 13 lbs. I want to lose 1 lb per week and increase my strength. I love running and cardio but certainly need more work with strength training. I will post pictures soon.0

SW: 168 (from heaviest) 165 in September Size 12-14 depending

GW: 128 (then will see once I get there.
I have a couple bad pics of my loss so far0 -
5'4"- I started about 167, now 138, size 6. It has taken me since march, but I am 41 and would rather lose slowly than be miserable, have my hair falling out, loose skin, slowed metabolism, and whatever other horrors happen on low cals! Anyway, I want to lose a little more, but I think the results are worth the wait! Good luck! You can do it!0
