I started in late September 2012 about 3 pounds less than my heaviest (I was 168 at my heaviest, and started around 165)

SW: 168 (from heaviest) 165 in September Size 12-14 depending
CW: 147 Size 8's are not snug, but definitely not falling off.
GW: 128 (then will see once I get there.

I have a couple bad pics of my loss so far

5'4"- I started about 167, now 138, size 6. It has taken me since march, but I am 41 and would rather lose slowly than be miserable, have my hair falling out, loose skin, slowed metabolism, and whatever other horrors happen on low cals! Anyway, I want to lose a little more, but I think the results are worth the wait! Good luck! You can do it!
