* Iron more than once a week (aargh that ironing basket is a working womans bane!)
* Start the day with a brisk beach walk every morning once we move into our new house.
* Continue maintenance successfully by mindful eating and continued logging.0 -
To watch less tv and do something more interesting instead.
I second that!0 -
Just want to continue with what I'm already doing. Eating right, exercising, continue with school and enjoy life.0

I've not lost (nor gained, thankfully) a single pound in more than 8 months. Granted, I gave up really trying after the first two of those eight. So my goal is to finish what I started. 15 pounds to go. I'm ready!0

I don't make resolutions, I don't even really set goals. I just have a few things I'd like to do/change/complete/accomplish...maybe I should write them down so I can compare this time next year.0

2) cook more, eat takeout less
3) make honour roll at school
4) get a new job
5) join a fitness class

stay positive ..stop the negative thinking
get my knee replaced and recover so I can get back to exercising
love and laugh more0 -
To have to buy new summer clothes because I lost weight, not because I gained weight! I am going to visit a friend at the end of May, and she lives 2 hours from the beach.... Really really really want to be able to wear a swim suit and not be uncomfortable.0

Wash my face before I go to sleep. Yes, I have the most boring resolution imaginable.
Neutrogena facial wipes really helps with that problem. I can't go to sleep now without washing my face with these wipes. :-)0 -
Reach 140 or 25% bodyfat - whatever looks better
Finish the 30 Day Shred
Eat cleaner (less processed food)
Continue to get 10,000 steps + a day
Feel good in a swimsuit this summer :drinker:0 -
Already working on these things, but plan on continuing it into the new year.
Lose the last 19 pounds (more if I get to my goal and feel I need to lose more)
Go to the gym at least a couple times a week every week unless there is a good reason not too (Like this year I took a week off going to the gym before Christmas cause work gets twice as hard just before christmas and I work a fairly physical job)
Be a bit (LOT) better about keeping my house clean0 -
Mine are:
Get down to 15% body fat.
Fix my broken relationships. This one is hard. But, I have to do this.
Say yes.0 -
Everyone has such good goals.
I want to stop the talk and start the doing. I talk about things too much and then don't follow through. So, this year I want to "just do it."
