I want to buy a kitchen scale. Good recommendations? If I am bothering to buy one, I want to make sure it is a good one.

Don't think it matters much but a digital scale is much easier to use. I only paid 9.99 for mine over a year ago and it still works fine.0

got an OXO for Christmas.... think it was around $30 at Kohl's
Not terribly fancy - does the job. I like that you can pull the read out panel out in case you have big stuff on it.

I recently brought the biggest loser digital scale and love it! I suppose as long as it is digital the brand should not matter much. I paid 19.99 for the biggest loser one.0

I recommend the OXO scale also! It is actually the most recommended scale for the last few years with Cooks Illustrated and Serious Eats, both whom I trust with my cooking equipment needs.0
