75 BURPEES (aka Squat Thrusts)

This is a great cardio exercise that works out practically every muscle in your body!

Are you feeling *really* inspired today? Try adding a jumping jack in between each one.

  • Burpees are the worst! But I will try, I have an hour free to kill so it will be shocking if i cannot do it with lots of breaks.

    woo hoo !! I did 80 ( i did 20 4x with a break in between each) I feel better now that I atleast did something lol I knew today would be a hard day to work out because I have work and then have to run home to set up for a NYE party and have no time to fit a workout in lol those 80 just made me want to do more though lol

    Holy crap, I just did my first burpee. Might have gone better if I hadn't had a few glasses of amaretto already... Definitely need work, but since I have nothing else to do tonight, lets see if I can make it to 75 (and maybe with a goal I'll stop drinking).
  • I did 30 modified squat thrusts as shown in the video. .....an accomplishment for me!

    I did the full 75 and I'm feeling it. I think I'll just do a little strength training and then call it good for tonight.
