180 pounds later, ( two years AFTER reaching goal weight ) I Am still here. For all the new people, You are so able to do it as well. Dont give up, Dont make it a Diet, make it a lifestyle change. I am telling you, it is a lifestyle. You wont be perfect everyday, but that is ok, . My advice: Dont get crazy, It will be hard to get normal afterwards... lol. Keep your eye on the prize, A healthy you, do something to better yourself every day. And dont give up. You CAN do it, You DO have the time, YOU ARE worth it.

    What a transformation! You look beautiful :) You are also right...we DO have the time! That was something I always told myself ("I don't have time for this.") False. It takes less time to eat smaller portions ;) Thank you so much for posting and congratulations!
