    Congratulations on your weight loss and maintaining it - very timely advice for those of us still on the way to our goal. I nearly got to it just before Christmas but celebrations got in the way! Back to monitoring now, and I intend to keep on doing this once I get there - maybe I will still be here in four years too :-) One year so far ..
