Anyone know where I can find some good boxing programs?

It might sound silly but I'm a complete novice, and my boyfriend has recently installed his boxing bag. Just wondering if anyone had any recs?

    Boxing gyms are cheap. I went to one for 6 months and then got tired of driving to it. Its the best upper body cardio I've ever done soIm going to keep on eye on this thread I'm also interested.

    Hmm maybe that is the way to go

    Are you trying to learn just to get in shape or do you want to become a good fighter? If you really want to learn for the fighting aspect I recommend you go to a boxing gym because they'll teach you how to pivot your foot when you throw a power punch and how to use your whole body weight by taking a lil step forward when you jab and how to keep your guard up and work on your reflexes etc.. But if you just want to get in shape with boxing exercises then yes a video course would probably be a better idea in my opinion.
