    Pizza whilst drunk around 2:30 AM at last call along with an alcoholic Cherry Diet Coke and thank the baby jesus I did because it soaked up some of the ridiculous amounts of alcohol consumed last night.

    Pumpkin flax granola with unsweetened almond milk, coffee with creamer only and my usual supplements and water.

    I lost 4 pounds between December 12 and today, so I mean to carry on the hard work into 2013.
