Hi everyone, I'm a mum of 3 boys aged 5, 3 and 8 months. I've put on around 7 stone since having my first and my goal is to get back to the a size 14 which was the size I was before having my oldest son. If I get down to any smaller sizes will be a bonus but at the moment 14 is my goal that I am sticking to. I've tried weight watchers in the past but had to quit as didnt want to have to keep paying monthly so thought I'd give this site a try as its free which is fantastic. In 2012 a few family members lost lots of weight including my aunt who took part in channel 4's the fat fighters and went down from a size 22-24 to a size 10 and my sister who went from a size 16 to a 10 aswell. They both did a great job but did not really do it in a healthy way lol. When I asked my aunt for advice she told me to cut out carbs for 3-4 weeks and just eat meat, fish and eggs which is something I definitely cant do I like my bread, rice and pasta too much. Anyways dont mean to go on lol, just looking for friends on here to share tips, recipes with or just to talk to really and share our stories so please add me, thanks

Welcome to MFP!! In my opinion, this site is way easier than Weightwatchers to follow.

Welcome! I lost 70lbs on WW but agree on the cost issue so now I am here to loose more.....also Loved WW but MFP is WAY easier than WW and they have A ton more foods in their data base! Im hooked!
