20 lbs to lose!

Hi everyone - I'm 27, 5'5.5", and have about 20lbs to lose in total. I'm a junk food junkie but for the new year (and the new me) will be trying to eat whole and clean foods in replacement for the junk I've been loading into my body for years - I actually started this today rather than waiting for the calendar to change over.

I love Zumba and am also beginning a strength training regimen starting on Wednesday when my gym reopens.
