My healthy quiche, made with chicken and spinach along with a serving of grapefruit

At 4 am after fireworks and a miserable altercation with hubby I ate Sara Lee cheesecake with cherry topping. Misery and terrible food go hand and mouth.
Now I have slept and I am beginning a new year with a new attitude. No more emotional eating is my vow for 2113.
