Total Loss 6 kg in 5 months

It may not be much for others, but for me its a great start. As I am trying to loose this total 14 kg for the past 1 year at last I have found the formula to a success. Another 8 kg to go before I reach my target weight. Target set to reach it by June 2013. Feeling great, have more energy and positive and hope that all the other dreams that I been working will be coming true too
