Hi all,

I am super excited and ready to be healthy and feel better. I have been yo yo-ing for so long. I feel like now is the time. I love this program. I love the fact that it is synced with my computer, kindle and my phone so I can log anywhere! I am trying to lose 29.5 lbs by the end of May! I really feel like I can do it. If I focus, I think 1.5 lbs per week should be achievable! I hope everyone has a wonderful New Year!

Welcome!

Good Luck. Your goal is definitely acheiveable so long as you stick to it!! :) When you have a date to work forward to it makes you push that much harder!! :)
  • Thanks so much! The hardest part for me is the junk food! LOL I really like sugary and salty food! I'm not good at stopping!

LOL!!! Me too!!! I've done it before..but I always end up slacking and going right for it... It's hard I still live with my parents and my mom has a bad habit of baking something.. sooo hard to fight that temptation.. I'm hoping this will be the year I can turn my back to it all :) Just need the right amount of motivation I guess.. :)
  • I hear ya Smart, for me I will be good ALL DAY, then my husband will want some candy, and we will read and eat candy or popcorn or chips in bed. I really need to tell myself, "NO EATING IN BED" lol
