I just got insanity, and it doesn't give any estimate about how many calories you will burn. What should I put to log it?? When I checked, insanity is not already listed.

heart rate monitor is best. A high intensity insanity workout is usually 100 calories every 10 minutes, can be higher....if your intensity was not full out could be lower.0

I agree. Get a heart rate monitor to get the most accurate calorie count. 100 calories per 10 minutes is a good estimate, but individual effort and body specifics (height/weight/sex/age) will determine the exact amount burned. I setup the workout under cardio. Good luck with it. Insanity is a tough workout. Each week will get a little easier, but it's never easy!0

I agree, 100 cals per 10 mins is accurate but different factors come into play. I have a hrm and I'm currently doing month 2 of insanity and yesterday i did 60 mins and burned 656, today i did 55 mins burned 586 so it can vary.0
