WRITING GOALS = EMPOWERMENT!

Anyone else write out their goals for this year (this is MY YEAR) and feel empowered, I'm sure in 2 weeks I will feel tired and frustrated, so that is why I wrote them out and posted them on my wall, next to my favorite pair of jeans I can no longer fit into (and haven't been able to for almost a year!!). And this year, I have a plan. I have goals. I have a life to look forward to because for once I am doing things MY WAY. and in MY TIME. I have trips planned and concert tickets already bought, so 2013 is going to be the best year of my life thus far.

And as Samantha from Sex and the City once said, "I love me more". It is my time. It is OUR time! We should all be the stars of our own lives, not supporting roles!

    It is an absolute necessity when trying to achieve a healthy weight and healthy lifestyle regardless of it being a new year. At the beginning of the journey definitely write out WHY you want to reach those goals. Be very real and explicit with yourself.

    For instance, for me,
    1) I hate my legs rubbing together.
    2) I want to wear a bathing suit.
    3) I want to take my swim coverup off.
    4) I hate that I cannot get on the floor comfortably and get back up
    ETC, ETC, ETC
