Oldie but still trying

Anyone here over 70? I would like any age friend but I don't see very many posters that are my age. I have lost 60lbs over the last few years but have been fooling around with 6lbs for a year now. Lost 9lbs since starting MFP only to gain 3 over the holidays. OH MY!!!!!!!! Here I go again. Today is the day and a new year. I will do it with this program and friends.
