Hey everyone! I am new to this site and am looking for anyone in my area who has helpful ideas for this weight-loss battle. I am 23 and am not the kind of person to like going to the gym. I like to do my workouts outside, whether it is walking or swimming or biking. Does anyone know of any good walking trails around this area?
