my name is helen i have lost 18 kg and 35 kg to go. just registerd :)
i'm 23 from norway(so pardon my bad english)
I have 3 kids a dog and a cat
my plan is training whit the dog in the forest behind my huse and at the trainingsenter
and eating herbalife :)

    Hi Happy New Year!
    I've been using My Fitness Pal since September 2011. I'm a Scottish 40 year old. Female & 5ft 2inches
    I have three kids & a husband.
    I've gone from 9.12 to my current weight of 8.2 (although after Christmas I may weigh a few pounds more temporarily )
    Without MFP, I'd would never be able to maintain and lose my extra blubber.
    I log my diet and exercise - each and everyday - even if I've been naughty!
    I'm also looking for friends whom like to live a healthy lifestyle.
