    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? did my hour of step ... even though I embarrassed myself by falling during the 4th song and hurt my knee - I made it through to the end! (Knee is much better today)

    What would I have done differently? ate regular meals and not snacked so much :grumble:

    What would I have done differently? less chips & dip (AGAIN)

    What would I have done differently? quit playing hoops and lifted
