So, I'm looking for a good workout for days when I can't go to the gym or after classes that I just don' t feel like were enough challenge for the day. Barry's bootcamp had fantastic reviews but I was wondering if anyone else had any feed back on the program. What about Jillian's 30 day shred or any other videos from her? I want a good strength building routine and I'm also looking for a challenging cardio routine (not necessarily in the same video). I have a new baby and a 7 yr old and sometimes it's just not possible for me to leave the hubby alone with them for an hr or so to go workout...or if I go, I can't really do everything I need to do before I need to leave. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys!!!!

I have never heard of Barry's bootcamp, but Jillian's 30 day shred is awesome!! It has 3 20 minute workouts and they get harder as you progress.

I use the 30 Day Shred. I have to say that I am sweating like crazy at the end of the workouts. Its great for everyone because it has 3 levels of exercises as well as variations for beginners and more advanced. I have been doing it for three weeks now and am doing level 3 with the beginner exercises. Its challenging and so rewarding. I see a huge difference in my fitness level already.

I use the Biggest Loser dvds, Cardio max and boot camp. I personally don't like Jillian for some reason I can't explain. Bob Harper does these that I do. Jillian is on a different level of the cardio max but I am not there yet. :flowerforyou:

I highly recommend the Shred. You get so much result for 20-25 minutes. Lots of bang for the buck! It's hard at first, but gets easier. I went through my first round of 30 days, now I'm alternating between level 1 and level 2 to keep it going. I didn't care much for level 3 and felt I didn't work as hard there, so that's why I'm leaving it out for my second go-round.
