Dave A of Anderson Island WA. My friend Mike also of Anderson Island introduced me to MFP. Started my own program July 31 and have lost 57 lbs. Just holding for now with plan to re-start Jan 14th. Using HCG to burn fat rather than muscle. I am neither endorsing nor diss-ing HCG. It has worked well for me.
I have counted calories in my Blackberry but see MFP as an easier way to track everything and combine things better to observe what works and what does not. Been using exersize including walking and weight training with dumbells as well as a few moderate calesthetics. (Step training, sit-ups, leg-ups, etc. Am more inconsistent with the exersize than I would like, partially due to some challenges with equipment failures, and partially due to scheduling challenges.
I'm 70, retired, and enjoying island life.
