Today I am just overweight

For the first time since my sophomore year in college 17 years ago I'm no longer obese... 6 feet tall and 219... on my way to not being overweight... hoping to be there by summer... could not have done it without myfitnesspal....

    thanks... it feels weird being happy about being "over weight" but it's a step in the right direction... hopefully by summer I can just be normal :)

    i've got 6 kgs to go until i'm overweight!! good work- and it's a huge thing when you've either been 'obese' or 'morbidly obese' forever. being 'overweight' deserves being acknowledged and celebrated!

    Yes, I celebrated that milestone, too! That was a big part of me starting my journey in the first place, realizing that I was in fact "obese" and not merely "a little overweight," like I always thought of myself.
