Hey guys, I need your help. What can you take to work, is easy to prepare, but is also healthy at the same time?

Ideas? Thanks :)

Oh and Happy New Year!

I'm a big fan of taking almonds in a baggie to work.

    Hmm, I like my standbys:

    - greek yogurt
    - triscuit thin crisps with one wedge of laughing cow cheese
    - apple and peanut butter
    - veggies with hummus
    - string cheese and fruit

Look for food with protein and fiber and stay away from the empty stuff (like saltines, pretzels, super processed granola bars) unless you pair it with a protein.

I like raw veggies-- carrots, cut bell pepper, snap peas-- and a small souffle cup (the ones they give you are restaurants for dressing) with hummus to dip them in.

    Veggies
    Yogurt
    Cottage cheese
    Good fruits

    Hope this helps. :)

    carrots and hummus
    light string cheese
fiber one brownie bar (for the sweet tooth)
cheerios (I eat them one by one and it makes me feel like I ate a lot more than I did and gets me by until my next meal)
pure protein bars (I rely heavily on protein supplements personally)
    honeycrisp apple slices
emerald cocoa roast almonds (again for the sweet tooth)
pretzel sticks (acts like the cheerios)
rice cake snacks...love the blueberry pomegranate ones!
    black seedless grapes
  • Awesome, thanks for the ideas guys
