How is everyone, so havent been on this site long, everyone seems nice enough.
went on a walk yesterday with my dog, it felt good to get out.
I'm feeling it in my legs today, they are a little sore but it feels good, feels like i did something instead of just sitting on my butt.
I think i will go on the treadmill today, try to shoot for an hour.
Wish me luck, I need the motivation

Good luck. And if you can't do an hour the first time, no worries. The first time I ran on the elliptical I did 10-15 min a couple of times a week. Now I do 30 min every day at a higher resistance. You will be great!!0

I used to do 70 minutes on the treadmill everyday, then i stopped because i got discouraged, but i decided to get back on..so i will have to push myself..0 -
