Insanity Calorie Burn

Hi all! Anybody doing Insanity using a Heart rate monitor? I feel like my calorie burn should be more, but I swear if I try any harder I will fall out and not be able to get back up... What's your normal/average calorie burn with the first month workouts?

    DID WORK OUT #1 TONIGHT WIT A DUO HEART RATE MONITOR. I AM 5'2" AND ABOUT 159". I BURNED 600 CAL. COULD NOT GET CHEST STRAP TO WORK...WILL TRY AGAIN. I AM 38 YEARS OLD. SECOND TIME DOING INSANITY...

    Hi use Body Health Calculators App to know how many calories burn with insanity, I'm 175pds and burn 600 calories each work out...
