I have yet to find anything that goes through safe and correct form, but still looking out for something.0 -
Angie Miller has a great dvd - Kettlebell bootcamp - It shows correct form, and is great for anyone from really fit to beginner...It's about 60 minutes, but has 8 sets - so you can start off by doing just the one, then two and so on...
I love kettlebells!0 -
Thanks! I really appreciate the info. I've been searching the internet, and found an older one of Jillian Michaels'. It says it's for any age, so I ordered it. Hopefully she's right when she says any age.0

I just started Jillian's Shred-It with Weights. it's a good start for beginners, it has level 1&2. Good workout for any age...0

Check out fitness blender on youtube. They have at least one beginner kettlebell workout.0

Thank you both. I bought Jillian's and also Kathy Smith's. I've been doing Kathy's for about a week. Love it. When I need a change up, I'll switch to Jillian's for a while. So far I'm loving it, and can already feel a difference.0
