Preop Diet for WLS in Mexico

Hello,
My 1st time posting. Today is my food funeral and tomorrow begins my preop diet for WLS in Mexico. I have a high BMI and I'm trying to get it down to 49, safely, by 3/18. A lot of people on WLS (VST) forum recommend this site to help stay on track. I look forward to any support and helpful/motivational feedback.
