how do you calculate that?
I would love to know how many cals burned doing jump squats.
Just reg. squats is almost a calorie a second, if done consecutively and fast.

As a general rule I wouldn't be trying to calculate the burns of individual exercises.0

well more importantly of a plyo workout. but I can do regular squats for forever, so i could actually count that.
calculate say 30 min, though it's not something i would do all the time.
doing a workout of alternating speed skaters and jump squats would be very fast and challenging enough in a pinch.0 -
I found this site quite useful. I don't have a HRM and I can get a rough estimate of what I'm burning with this calculator
