Google gluten free recipes and you'll get a ton of websites. I love recipes. I print the ones I want to try and add it to my gluten free recipe binder and if I try it and don't like it I throw the recipe away. Good luck.0

My hubby and daughter can't take gluten and we found it much easier to just learn to live without bread and pasta and the like. The gluten free alternatives were (in our experience) full of junk and just as processed and useless as the regular versions, not to mention they cost twice as much for half as much!
It's taken a year of trial and error but now we don't even notice that we don't have these things in our diet any more. I make everything from scratch, and if I ever need something floury I use coconut flour, almond flour or cornstartch.
In additon to the sites already mentioned, paleo/primal books and sites are good for gluten free ideas, since they don't use any grains at all.
Good luck!0 -
