    I'm UK as well. Been on MPF for about 6 months now. Can't praise it enough. If you have will power and determination it will really help you reach your targets body wise. Feel free to add me if you intend to stick around on the site and will be logging on daily and be an active member. I like people on my friends list that actually communicate with me ;-))

    Starting again today so some new Brit pals to motivate me would be nice. :smile:
    also a runner and occasionally fanatical about housework (it burns loads of calories!!)
