I am so happy with that - one week ahead of schedule but a million miles ahead of where i was.

My weight is at 144lb and was 183 on Jan 1 2010. I feel strong and got a BMI of 22.6! Reason for challenge was so that folk wouldn't say i was only (??) losing weight, as a guy we have our own pressures too haha -'' dont be too skinny'' and all that... So it's nice to be lighter, stronger and fitter.

Tomorrow the chin up bar goes up, gunning for 50 of those bad boys :wink:

Keep at it folks, every 1lb lost, chocolate bar resisted, mile run or time spent in the gym is a success story of its own!
