Gym session routine

Hi everyone, Happy New year :o)
Just wanted to be nosey and find out what your normal routine is at the gym?
I'm too shy at the momment to ask one of the members of staff for a personalised plan so I usually go in, do 20 minutes on the treadmill (5 min walking warm up, increase speed, run for short bursts probably twice then go back to power walking, 5 minute cool down) then I go through the weight training machines and do my inner and outer thighs, upper arms (again, inner and outer) and then go to the mats and do sit ups and then back to the treadmill as the cross trainer kills me at the momment. I'm going later haven't been in roughly 3 months, (which is terrible considering the fact i'm paying £38.00 a month for the membership!) yikes, so, yeah :o)

    Don't be shy! That's what they are there for!
    Anyway, when I was going to the gym, I would do 2 days of nothing but cardio. Three days I did a cardio warmup for 10 (it varied depending on what machine was available) and then one day I did back and biceps exercises, another I did chest and triceps and one day was all legs. I did core work 3 days a week as well, but the days varied depending on my time constraints

    Tuesdays - Chest/Triceps
    Wednesdays - Stationary Bike
    Thursdays - Biceps/Back
    Saturdays - Shoulders
    Sunday - Spin
