Tough Mudder in VA Beach?

Hey everybody! So I will be joining a group of friends to participate in the Tough Mudder coming up in May 2013 at Virginia Beach. I was just wondering if anyone participated in the VA Beach Tough Mudder just a few months ago? I'm trying to figure out how to train for it. What do I need to be prepared for? I'm pretty strong endurance-wise, but I worry about my physical strength. I do lift heavy a few times/week, but will this be enough?

    There was a thread about this I read last night that had some good advice. If you search "tough mudder" it should come up. :)

    I do remember that thread mentioned running on trails to get ready for it and upper body strength like pull ups.

    Done a few Tough Mudders and have signed up for the Va Beach race. My advice is to exercise the muscles you think you will need to climb over walls. :) The 12 foot walls absolutley suck IMO! Chin ups and push ups seem to be the exercises that will help the most.
