Yep, for me I switched to crystal light. Over time it helped me get used to artificial sweeteners. Now I actually almost cant drink regular pop because its too sweet. Try it out.0

I too loved coca-cola and still do, but I was able to cut back from drinking anywhere between 6-10 a day. I first started by limiting myself to one a day (usually with my dinner). After about a week, I noticed how awful I felt when I did drink a coke. I would feel bloated and just not very good. I realized that I really felt like that all the time, but just didn't realize because I was constantly drinking cokes. This is what made it easy for me. I'm not gonna lie, the 1st month was really hard. I craved them all the time and had to just force myself to not drink them. Now as time has gone on, it has become a lot easier. I still crave them from time to time, but I make sure that I have room in my calories everyday and usually allow myself one on the days I work out. So that is also my motivation to hit the gym. I know if I went and worked out that I can allow myself a coke. Also, when I see the number of calories I burn on a machine, I say to myself "Ok, I just burned 140 calories, one coke, 280 calories, two cokes", and so on. So before you know I have counted almost an entire 6-pack.0
