My hubby and I starting Les Mills Combat on 12/30. I was wondering if there were any other MFP peeps who would like to have an accountability thread on here.

    No, Beachbody has a new workout out to do at home called Les Mills Combat. It's a 60 day program.

    hubs is ordering ultimate warrior disks add on and would love to join. Add him as Hudsonhawk74. He'd love to join but I hog the computer so he asked me to reply. :)

    Has a group been created for this? I actually started mine, in fact last night was day 3 with Combat 45 Power Kata. It was fantastic! I am loving this workout. Feel so amazing afterwords.
