Insanity is Insane! Support group on facebook!

Hey Everyone! I have done P90x before and have been working out for years, but I know Insanity is insane because I'm on week 3 lol! Its not easy, especially when you are doing it alone. I know, I've been there. I had to lost 60lbs all by myself with no help at all. Thats why i have a free support group on facebook, so no one wil have to do this INSANE system alone! if anyone would like to join who need a community of people doing Insanity also, please let me know, we would love to have you in the group:smile: ~ I want to help you succeed and have the help that I never had when I lost my weight. Your dreams ARE possible, you WILL get there!
