My hubby bought my some adjustable weights and a bench for Christmas. I have decided to take some of my Christmas $ and buy NROLFW. Would there be an advantage to buying an ebook versus a paper book (or vice versa)?

I did both. I bought the e book first and then realized if I want to look at any of the pictures while at the gym, it would be much easier to copy them from the book and put in a notebook. I would suggest the actual book for this one.0

I have this book. I could just give it to you. I liked it because it introduces you to weight training. I did it with bodyrock together. Let me know if you'd like it, I can mail it to you.0
