Pasta, Pasta Pasta!! I truly wish it had no carbs!! and low caloie. I could then eat as much as i wanted, rather than give it up cuz those small servings just don't cut it!

Yeah--definitely cheesecake. When I lose all the weight I want to lose---I'm going to buy a cheesecake and cut it up into a zillion pieces and tuck each tiny piece into a baggie and freeze them. Then I will have one piece each day until they are all gone. And THEN... I'm going to buy another one... I don't any longer have a physical addiction to sweets but I sure do have a mental craving for cheesecake.0 -

Probably oil. As weird as it seems, most food that tastes good has been cooked in oil or made with oil somehow. Foods that would otherwise be super healthy like roast veggies are brought down by the oil content. if oil had no calories I could have fried foods to my heart's content and still lose weight (apart from stuff like deep fried chocolate bars).0

Either butter, cheesecake or lattes0

I'd trade the 'calorie-free' wish for a 'sodium-free' wish any day of the week. BUT, sticking to the actually topic... um, trail mix! I bought a food scale a few months ago and made single-serving snack bags.... eye opening! In 2011, I estimate that I probably ate 700-900 cals of trail mix in a sitting at my previous job. Now I only eat it when I have a massive amount of cals/sodium headroom at the end of the day (maybe once every 2 months!)0
