Introducing Amanda

Hi im 27, i'm basically new to this site. i have been struggling with my weight since my first kid in 2006. I had another kid in 2010 and i am now the biggest i've ever been. My husband and i have decided to quit eating anything processed and eat only whole foods. fruits, veggies, lean meats and seafood. We also have started working out everyday together. i usually work out during the day after breakfast because i'm a stay home mom. my workout is usually 30 min walking on the treadmill and a 25 min of kettlebell workout. I sometime walk on a greenway or yoga. if anyone wants to be friends hit me up. we can exchange tips, recipes and workouts. :)

    Welcome! I must say - having your hubs on board makes ALL the difference! When my husband started this with me, it just renewed my motivation and I love that we're setting great examples for our kids. Feel free to add me! :happy:
