Post your killer leg workout. It takes a lot to challenge my legs, so I'm always looking for new workouts.

OK, I'll start. Alternate running stair sprints and squats with dumbells that are challenging for you. Do rounds of that as long as you can.1

Leg extension
Abductors(inner,outer)

Actually I have one of those. LOL!0

I do each at a percentage of my body weight.
So for examle ,I weigh 250
so if i do exercise at 50%, I've added 125lbs.
sets x reps
3x8 Front barbell squats 25%
30 seconds Then split jumps (no additional weight)
3x5 Then jump squats 50%
5x3 Then power cleans 50%
2x8 Stiff legged deadlifts 60%
5x2 Sumo Deadlifts 110%
3x10 Calf raises 200%0 -
so if you weigh 250, you're lifting 500 doing calf raises? that doesn't sound possible.0

My current one for quads:
Leg extensions 4x12,10,8,6 100lbs,130lbs, 150lbs, 170lbs
Leg press 5x50,40,30,20,18 Start with 2 45's on each side then add a plate each side for the next set
For hamstrings:
Lying leg curls, seated leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts 4x12,10,8 6 for whatever I can handle for those reps.

Been in fitness for 28+ years and have studied kinesiology and nutrition0 -
so if you weigh 250, you're lifting 500 doing calf raises? that doesn't sound possible.
2x bodyweight is hardly remarkable for calf raises.0 -
Add the weight that challenges you.
12 Squats
16 Walking Lunges
16 Side Lunges to the Left
16 Side Lunges to the Right
20 Left Outer Thigh Lifts
20 Right Outer Thigh Lifts
20 Left Inner Thigh Lifts
20 Right Inner Thigh Lifts
20 Weighted Glute Bridges
25 (on the belly) Leg Curls with Dumbbell
Repeat 3x0 -
GVT(german volume training) back squats=my favorite
or weighted sissy squats, i'll call it a tie0
