Hey everyone,
My name is Lindsay and I just heard of this site yesterday. I've joined calorie king in the past but I'm happy to have found a user friendly site that's free! My battle with weight has been a long and slow process. I have struggled many years with an eating disorder and it wasn't until recently that I stopped feeling shameful about it. I've made some progress in the last couple of months. I joined my fitness pal to document my eats and see how all my sugar and mindless eating adds up. Last October I created a blog and have been as open and honest as I possible can. Would love for you all to check it out and support me on this long but much needed journey.

Welcome! This site has changed my life and I hope it can for you too!
One month ago I was a couch-potato-junkfood-junkie smoker. I joined here on March 8th, and have exercised almost every single day, lost 8 pounds, quit smoking, and can now walk around the block without gasping for air. I am a NEW ME!

Welcome! I love MFP too. I started at the end of January and have lost 12 pounds so far. I get to log my food and learn over time what's best for me and what's not. I can log my water intake each day and really try to push myself to meet my goals. I've really gotten into exercising as well which keeps me energized! Good luck, stick with it, and you'll start getting results sooner than you expect.0
