I wouold like to take just a minute to recognize not only my best friend but a lady I consider family for logging in to MFP for 700 DAYS!! She has lost significant weight, 43 pounds (and counting), and also has changed her eating habits for life. She has gained so much as far as confidence, love for herself, happiness, and love for life in general. I love her tons and she has done so much for me (for many years) this is just a little bit I can do in return. She is my best friend and only deserves the best, please take a moment to congratulate her on a lifestyle change and a serious commitment to HEALTH!!
