What strength exercises do you do in your bedroom?

no pun intended hehe. I like to do crunches/pushups while I watch tv at night and use my only set of weights (12lbs) to work on my arms. What do you guys do? And, what would you do if you were me (no benches, only the 12lb weights, small room)? be specific!

don't know what you being a girl has to do anything...
but you can do snatches, flyes, squats, deadlifts (although you'll maybe want to do one legged romanian deadlifts with only 12#), lateral raises, lunges, bulgarian split squats, and then all the plyo stuff katy suggested.0 -

Being a girl idoesn't matter we can do anything the boys do
I do Nike training club app on my phone in my room and it uses your own body weight, dumbells, and a medicine ball (if you have one). I also do squats, jump squats, lunges, scissor lunges, single leg deadlifts, and ab work. No cardio though because I have downstairs neighbors0
