I set a goal to give myself for Christmas....I did it! 100 lbs gone!
I turn 40 at the end of February and I would like to give myself the gift of being overweight instead of obese!
11lbs to go!

    WOW!!! You have certainly obtained your goal....100lbs is no laughing matter. CONGRATS and keep it up!
    You can lose that next 11lbs and meet your 2nd goal by your birthday...happy early birthday and keep your eyes on the prize.

    You are all too sweet.....I normally just lurk on here but decided to post today. I am so excited to start this year.....it just keeps getting better! I have slacked off on my excercise and drinking my water. I need to focus to get these next 11 lbs gone!
